Services

Free Charity Shoots

I want to keep this as simple and as friendly as possible, but as Imagine Oxford Photography services is a commercial business the free services I provide to charities can occasionally be limited. This service is completely free of charge and includes full size edited files and licence to use them freely on your website, promotional materials, and social media accounts. The services that can be provided include photography and/or video within a reasonable scope (up to a full days shoot), of which any requirements that go beyond this a small, reduced charge can be discussed and negotiated. As this services is free of charge we are only able to book your preferred time and date where no previous bookings have been made, however the photographer will work with you to find a suitable time and date and be flexible wherever possible. Imagine Oxford Photography Services withhold the right to withdraw the offer of free service to charities at anytime.
